Clinical Volume & Case Mix

Consistently busy schedule with a months-long waitlist

Average of ~4 cases per day, with capacity to exceed this

Primarily molar endodontics, with some premolar and anterior cases
-
Mostly middle-aged to older patients; occasional pediatric cases

Typical case mix includes:

Root canal therapy
-
Non-surgical retreatments
-
Apicoectomies (a few per month)

Post-op and emergency care
-
CBCT-guided procedures
-
Associate will not be expected to exceed the owner’s case complexity or volume
Practice Environment

Strong, knowledgeable referral base sending appropriate, high-quality cases

Pre-appointment PA radiographs reviewed to screen for non-restorable or non-endo cases
